The capsule is definitely better than the liquid form. I continue to take this because I think it helped me. My production is low and I seem to get an ounce or so more with the goats rue.

I think this stuff works pretty good. I have PCOS so anything I can use to improve my supply is good. I think you really need to follow the directions to a “t” to get it to work properly though. I still don’t make enough to sustain my child, but every little bits helps.

Fenugreek didnt help increase my supply much so at the recommendation of a friend I decided to order Goat’s Rue. Literally within 24 hours, my supply was back up. My baby only nurses at night because I have to work so it helps keeps my supply up so I can continue nursing her at night. I definitely recommend this especially if Fenugreek isnt working.
